During my ESC volunteering at İlk Sen Ol Youth Movement Association, I had a genuinely productive and varied experience. A large part of my time went into project development support for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps activities, where I worked on concept development, partner communication and preparing institutional materials in both Turkish and English — presentations, reports and organizational profile documents used in our international partnerships.

I also contributed to the YOU FUTURE Workshop on Disaster Awareness in Istanbul, where I helped design non-formal education activities and map them to the program sessions. For the "YES" project I built an online networking and contact-sharing form so participants and partner organizations could exchange their details easily. On the digital side, I worked on internal tools for the association, including a partner portfolio management system to keep track of our partner organizations.

Another highlight was training: after attending a prompt engineering training, I was asked to deliver the same training internally to our staff, and I also prepared a detailed presentation on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal for our team. Beyond the tasks themselves, the office atmosphere made everything better — there was always something going on, always someone laughing, and it turned into a period I genuinely enjoyed and learned a lot from.
