The main objective of this project is to promote cultural diversity and social solidarity by contributing to young people's awareness of social responsibility. The project aims to provide the participants with both personal and professional development opportunities, and to transform them into individuals who are sensitive and aware of social issues. Through volunteering activities, participants will improve their communication skills, strengthen their leadership qualities and increase their awareness of social issues. At the same time, through various cultural, social and environmental activities that will take place during the project, participants will gain the ability to recognize different cultures and understand cultural differences. In the process, young people's problem solving and empathy skills will also be developed by working effectively in groups. The project also encourages young people to take personal responsibility and become active members of society.
Within the scope of the project, participants will participate in various activities to improve their digital media skills. Under the heading of social media and digital content production, participants' digital skills will be supported through activities such as video and photo shooting and editing. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to share their own cultural values and get to know the cultures of others in cultural workshops that will be organized to introduce different cultures. In the project, various activities will be organized to raise environmental awareness and introduce participants to sustainable development goals. In addition, sports and social activities will be organized together with local volunteers to help the participants integrate with the community and gain a sense of social responsibility.
The project targets young people between the ages of 18-30. Participants are expected to be open to different cultures, have a spirit of volunteerism and be prone to teamwork. In addition, preference will be given to young people who are interested in digital media and social media.
The project will take place in Istanbul between November 03, 2024 and November 16, 2024.
